;Di have seen in silchar or karimganj that there is a tendency to speaking kelu from a persom from calcutta is it right? when a syleti comes to calcutta he tries kelu but why he tries same at silchar ::) |

I am so much amused by the originator of this thread. Looks like, he is on a crusade to ridicule Bangla. Accept it or not Bangla is an language. Shyleti is nothing but a dialect. I have seen in England that people in different region has pretty distinctive accent. That is the same thing here. Someone from Silchar speaking Bangla will have a different accent than that of some one from Kolkata. What so funny about it? Or you have wound deep in your heart beacause some dame from Cal kicked your ass too hard? |
