Bengalis are one of the most unfortunate nations in the world. History created them with all power and prospect. If you ride a time-machine and travel 100 years back, you will see what a wonderful civilization was flourishing in Bengal. Why did people say 'what Bengal thinks today whole India thinks tomorrow'?
Come back to the present and what can you see? The Bengalis are loosing everything once they were famous for. Despite being the largest ethnolinguistic group in the Indian sub-continent what the bloody hell are they doing? In his famous song Dijendra Lal Roy said 'Bongo aamar Jononi aamar .... manushhh aamra, nohito meshhh (lamb)'. He would be ashamed to see what the Bengalis are today. Had he been alive today, he would have said, "... chhagol aamra, nohito meshhh."
Red salute to the Bhashha-Shaheeds of Dhaka and of Silchar who gave lives to give glory to the Bengaliness! Red salute to Anadiranjan Biswas of Andaman who is ready to embrace bullets to protect Bengali language! Shame to us for being just alive but idiotically divided and weak! I wish I could horse-whip all Bengalis in their back to get them together and stand them up! Idiots!
Could anyone from Silchar tell me the whole story of those 11 language martyrs, please! Is there any Shaheedminar in their memory? If there is, how does it look like? Is there any annual event to show respect them? I am eager to know.
