The PM said the outpouring sympathy for Dubey from across the world showed that Indians, wherever they were, had a commitment to honesty and transparency and a significant stake in the country's future. "The government shares that commitment and appreciates their concern."
-and the asshole of people that you have at the PMO...had to circulate the name of Mr. Dubey all around the world...until he got killed. Every year we lose IITians to the rest world...shame on us we lost one to India... Shame on the PMO...because of its bastards...the country lost a honest youth... up yours, bastards. |

(what has happened earlier...a quick look)
Satyendra Dubey, IIT graduate, Kanpur, pass out 1994 joined the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (PORTH). He was a Deputy General Manager of the 60-km Aurangabad–Barachhati segment of the Golden Quadrangle project in Bihar. A man of unimpeachable integrity, Dubey was murdered because he fought dishonest officials and mafia contractors involved in embezzling project funds worth Rs 450 crore.
He had written a secret letter to PM's office detailing the scam, the letter somehow routed to the mafia. Dubey was killed. A IITian who preferred 2 work in India than foreign land. Thsi is our gift to his parents and future juniors.

I wish the PM forms a hit squad ,identify the mafia involved thru our RAW and then finish the mafia involved(including the prot-ISI SIWAN MP,Mohd Sahabuddin) in one single day before the human rights and other such Communists bastards can react .c how the communists are keeping quiit now. Because Sahabuddin is involved so they dont want to disturb thier muslim vote even though the mafia in Bihar may be 80 % Hindu. But every such groups will keep quiet becasue 20 percent mafia may be Muslim. |

As Winston Churchill had said "Men occasionally stumble over the truth, but most of them pick themselves up and hurry off as if nothing had happened". Here we have one who could not hurry off. My heart goes for the family of Mr. Dubey. A man of impeccable integrity, one who deserved accolades received assailant's bullet instead. Only positive thing out of this story is that people are talking about it. This proves that Indians care about honest people. But sad part is that information get leaked from the Prime Minister's office. Where do you go next? Thanks Rupam for starting this thought provoking thread. |

The above article is very touching. Till 14.12.03, 1 pm, no arrest was made. On top of that, look at the picture of all smiling big “bosses ” in the link below. With great fanfare a bridge was inaugurated in Vizag section of GQ, as if Satyendra Dubey does not exist, nor he exited ever !.My salute to Satyendra. May his soul rest in peace.

The Central Bureau of Investigation on Friday filed the charge sheet against three accused in the Satyendra Dubey murder case.
A CBI team probing the case arrived from New Delhi on Friday morning to submit the charge sheet in the court of Special Judicial Magistrate Sanjay Singh in Patna.
The designated CBI judge took cognizance of the charge sheet and issued processes against the accused - Pinku Ravidas, Mantu Kumar and Udai Kumar, who are in judicial custody - for their production before him sometime next week.
National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) project manager Satyendra Dubey was shot dead on November 27, 2003 while returning to his residence in Gaya after alighting from a train from Varanasi.
The case had created a furore across the country after it came to light that Dubey had written a letter to then prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee citing irregularities in the Golden Quadrilateral Project.
The CBI says that Dubey was murdered when he resisted robbers.

thanks rupam for following up the story. may mr.dubey's soul rest in peace. he died in the hands of the robbers but the whole issue was given such a twist in the media to prove that mr. vajpayee was responsible & they made it a big issue. it had also pictured india badly abroad. now that the truth is out & it is not as sensational as media would expect, sadly late mr. dubey will find his name mentioned may be once after 10 years on 4th page of a newspaper when his killers will be sentenced or acquitted. this is indian media. |
