Just over a year ago, someone posted a msg on this site saying that he visited silchar and was gobsmacked because he never seen so many ugly people in one place (that is silchar). Well, initially I thought he was only kidding, but soon after i went there, I realised that it was no joke! Does that call for a guiness book of record?? |
