I believe in the fact that, you cannot always blame the society of creating that kind of a class which begs and rots in smirk and filth. Its they themselves as waell to a large extent. Their abject povery has made them indifferent to the sensibilities of being a human and to strive for the higher. We the burgeois would look at them with either sympathy, or would strive to be the champions for their cause. What is needed is people who would live with them and just let them know that they are humans. Thats it. The rest would follow. I was reading Mein Kampf the other day.
