Dear Friends
I am Sushanta Das, Mechanical from REC silchar in 1996.What you think if we have a alumni organisation and contribute small amount of money per month to our college.IITs are getting money from their alumni.When I was in IIT kgp, I saw it. They give such a big amount of money, I know we cant like this but we can try....so that we can give atleast one computer per month.We may start from 50 USD per month.I know many of us are earning money in dollars. We will contact all ex students who are in India and also in abroad.What you think....I am going to Silchar in July ,I 'll discuss about this matter with the governing body.

hi all
m from REC Allahabad.I like the suggestion of contributing towards our alma mater in a way the IITians are doin.But why dont we form an association of all REC/NIT's also . At least we can start informaly and then on a larger platform commercially.

Sushanto aarombho korle kori dite...chinta koris na.....alumni rare ek mash notification patha ekta prospective date of online meeting r explaining the plan....and start the good work .And if we have favourable responses we can easily have some good guy who will come forward to run the show and some volunteers to support the cause.
I believe contribution will not be factor .
