Hi
I am seeing a desperate attempt from Kitaba a few times almost every week to post some message related to barakvalley website. Theres already a post titled "Silchar got a new Informative site " url: http://www.silchar.com/cgi-bin/adda/MahaAdda.pl?board=0011&action=display&num=1073576635
in this mahadda for almost a month and half. The post I deleted on this thread has no new information ... it just said "I read the same information on barakvalley .. ". I am running this website for the past 5 years and have been deleted unneccessary message almost every week and will continue doing so.
And this kind of constant advertising of any website will NOT be allowed on this website. "Kitaba" has been doing this on and on and I request you not to keep explicitly publicising your website here. For the past 5 years I have seen quite a few websites come up in the north east and especially in silchar and first thing they try to do is post messages publicising their websites on mahadda and even some guys going on to spam silchar.com users.
I have already posted a message a month or two back "Messages that have more chances of getting deleted" dated January 15th, 2004 url: http://www.silchar.com/cgi-bin/adda/MahaAdda.pl?board=0011&action=display&num=1074160222
and this is in accordance to that.
Creating multiple usernames in silchar.com mahaadda is free and easy and its very easy for a person to publicise the website here. PLs find other means of advertising your webiste and do not use mahaadda for that.

PS: To handle such unwanted advertising, I have a provision already and I am enabling it for the website advertised here. From tomorrow onwards (IST 24th Feb) the mentioned website url and name will appear with a different spelling. Thanks.
