Silchar and Silchar REC is finally in the headlines , that also of an international website and for the wrong reasons !! Its a shame for all of us ... Hoping that the culprits are caught and punished properly. We are fortunate to have a REC in this remote part of India .. we are the only town in the whole of northeast to have an REC and look what we have made out of it .. We complain of governments step-motherly treatment and what not ... this may be true but its a fact that WE ARE ALSO NOT DOING OUR PART !!
