WHY DID PROBAL KUMAR DAS OF CSE 00 COMMIT SUICIDE

Now its a very strange inbcident to learn that a boy named Probal Kumar Das of CSE 00 batch had committed suicide by hanging himself to death. The question is now why did he commit suicide ???
Well it is a fact that the boy was demoted for two successive years as he was not attending tha classes and also he was having quite a few addictions. But I think that these are not the sufficient reasons for a boy to commit suicide. As we all know that in this college there are guys who are giving exams for more than 4-5 years.
The main purpose of mine to post a message in this website is to let the people know about the role of the highly intellectual teachers of this institute.
1) Probal Das being a student of 2000 batch has not been attending classes for the last two years. What was the action taken by the college against this boy apart from demoting him only ? Since he was not declared NFT ( not fit for technical education), so he still is a student of this college officially. And our beloved teachers and the various office bearers, who are always in the habit of talking always offical, will be now paid back in their own currency. Then according to which official rule a student after not attending classes for 2 years i an NIT is still a student of this college. it means that our respected teachers and the equally respected officials are not at all having any idea about who r doing what in the college. But unfortunately they are being paid very generously for maintaining all these records only. And they are even unable to maintain a record of some 800 students.
2) The HOD of ETC dept is also a very responsible person who also failed to keep track of a student from within only 240 students under his guidance. He has been repeatedly told by the batchmates of Probal Das to inform Probal's family that he aint attending any classes. But our HOD and other senior teachers are so busy in pursuing for their various Phd and PG courses, that they dont have enough time to think about the students.
3) The warden of Hostel#3, where Probal used to stay, Mr. Potli Baba (actually I have forgotten his name), I would like to ask him one question, Probal das who has not been paying his mess dues for a long time and who aint attending any classes; officially why are you allowing him to stay in hostel and to add to that, in a period when the college is officially closed and to stay in a hostel during any vacation, we officially need a permission with a valid reason. What about the regular inspections that you are supposed to make in the hostel and what about the guards and all other things.
So taking all these things into account, i would just say that the death of Probal das might have been avoided if the college authority had not been so much irresponsible to the students. You will find Mr. Potli Baba having enough time to sing some funny songs in a local tv channel, but not enough time to inspect the hostel. probal das was a genious. he misse IIT by only marks. he ranked 35th in JAT. So the untimedly death of such a student, who might have rectified, if only given a chance.
So dear readres, please give ur views and now its time for all those who feel nostalgic about this REC Silchar to do something for this college.

HI,
Mr......... is it really true that anybody can make u drink if u dont want to drink.
Thats a total farce anyway i am pained by his death and if a child doesnt cry his mother also doesnt give him milk.
So he should have told some body if he had any probs.

Its been a long time after which i am getting in touch with u. Well the death of BAAL DAS is really a sad one. I also agree to the points that u have written, but I thinbk the college authority could have been a little more careful

Hi,
Rishi every body who is a human will be pained by what prabal faced and his untimely death but then what can we do.
But i personally feel that it is some thing that cannot be implemented by the authority. It means drinking and bunking and all becos if somebody gets NFT then we all students will unite and go on to give our logic why he should not have been given NFT.
So basically my friend life is a pain you have to take the pain. REC ir boss hoite tare keu koise ki na jaani na .
But to stay with self respect i have requested all my juniors.
Because i feel that a person who cannot respect himself can do nothing in his life.
And rishi very frankly speaking ur Pranab da has not changed still now i bully my colleagues I say straightly to my boss i drink as well and sometimes go late to office .
In the last one year of my service For Samsung I have got two medals actually two interoffice memos( Show cause ) but then also i have not changed , and u know our Resident director feels that i am performing very well for the last 8 weeks consecutively i have got A's.
Any way bye and dont ever feel that locals are not pained.
They are pained.
