The song "Chod Aaye Hum Woh Galiyan" still reminds me of those golden days. Today when I turn around I can still see those faces getting disappeared in the cloud, I can still feel them when I close my eyes, inside my heart. Staying thousands of mile away from my that memory lane, everyday I try to get some news, some gossip. But as you can understand knowing about Karimganj or getting a news about karimganj is kindda really hard. I am sure there are lots of Karimganjian too who access this awesome web site of Premasish called Silchar.com and can publish some news and of course gossip. Shanbhu sagar park was one of the most memorable one for me, I can still remember those days of hanging out in Shanbhu Sagar Park, even if it was drizzling.
Hope to hear about Karimganj from few of you

Halo Sandy,
nice writing. It has woken up some of my memories too. Although, I am not a resident of kxj town, I studied in the Karimganj College and sometimes, though not very frequently, took part in the gossipping at Shombhusagar park. Our group's reserved place was at the west bank of the pool (sagar) |

Hey I just wonder who u r...any way I can guess that u r definitely one of us who really enjoyed those days and lots and lots of gossips in sitting in the Sambhusagar Park. Can u recall how we react whenever any decent gal/unty passes in front of us??? |
