Separate Silchar room at mahaadda ?

Recently we are seeing lot of non silchari sylhetis participating in discussion out here at the Mahaadda. Traditionally we have most of the users from silchar and so the mahadda main room has lot of silchar specific topics. If someone from Karimganj wants to discuss something about Karimnganj he is expected to do so at the Karimganj room. But silcharites have to post in the main room ... and as majority of users have been from silchar the main room is flooded with topics directly related to silchar and discussions in which non silcharites do not feel that welcome.
What do you guys suggest .. should we start a new room called Silchar Room and move all silchar specific topics to that room and have the main room to mianly discuss generic issues related to sylhetis and non-silchar specific topics..
I would love to get your feedback.

well am not trying to be funny here but when the site is called silchar.com er mane mainly its meant for silcharites and if u ask my views i would suggest MAIN ROOM ta jebhabe suru kora hoisil hibhabe thaklei bhala oibo ..for those jara silcharite na tarar lagia ADMIN brother u have created separate room which is worth PROSONGSHA..but jedin thakia ei site er memeber oisi main room ta t visit kori sob chaite beshi..okhon jodi suddenly name change kori lao taile oi aager moton taan ta thakto nai..its like brand value..okhon jerokom keu quality ice cream khai hotat jodi igur naam bodlaiya phalguni raakhi dewa hoi taile mono oina beshi bhala lagbo..yeh taste would remain the same but its all mind game..jai houk ami amar views koilam but the decision obviously ADMIN er hato.. |

ADMIN, we really need to ponder on this. Bcoz to some extent I agree with silchorer Maiya…but again if we want to make this as global site for all syllhetis. .then probably your idea is acceptable…I am just confused. Lets’ take some more opinions from all the users..

actually this adda is also visited by people who come to this forum via sylheti.com .. !! But as Silchor_maiya has said .. its easier to browse and discuss if most of the messages are in the same room ..

A suggestion - why don't you create a Global Sylheti Room and link it from Sylheti.com for all the sylhetis of the world and keep the main room intact for the Silcharites ? |
