Happy Mothers Day

Dear All,
Yesterday was Mothers Day. I didn’t realize how much my mother did to me till my children grew up. Today she is no more, I cannot touch her feet and give her love & respect for the wonderful life she gave me. So, I wish all the lovely Mothers of the Maha Adda [b]a Happy Mothers Day [/b]and a generous Good Luck to all future moms

In an Indian family,mothers always are taken for granted and most of the time their sacrifices go unnoticed :(.I do appreciate this aspect of western culture.But this realisation should not be limited only to cards and gifts. |

The word MAA and ONG-kar dhwani sounds similar...has enyone recognized it....when u r tired..run down...in the hectic schedule of life ....the only words that erupts spontaneously from your body/heart..through ur mouth...u speak out...OHH MAA...
Do u remember the song sung by Kishore kumar..." naam aamar kishore kumar ganguly"....this song contained the following lines....childhood...listening to the song in Radio during DUPUR-BELA ...i could not but cry ..oh hh real good song

Does anyone know this fact.....when a person needs a kidney for transplantaion, in almost all the cases, it is the mother who volunteers to donate her kidney and not father, siblings or spouse.
Salute to all mothers :) |
