hello admin...
  http://www.silchar.com/gallery/videos/video3.html.... is not showing the imeges.. and if u r8 click the icon to select show imege.. than a Java Script Alert pops in saying--"KITA DATA, VIDEO COPY KORIYA KITA KORTA!!" Plz take a note of this..

you do not need to click on it. Just go to the page and wait for the video to download (wait time will depend on your speed).

the javascript is an attempt to discourage right clicking and saving the video.
