Read this article online. How much of a problem is drug / alcohol abuse today? I remember when I was a young kid about friends taking Phensy. Especially those from Kohima and from parts of Shillong. I also had to contend with an alcoholic brother - who thankfully has healed.

Are there programs run within the community that helps?
