Good to see you in action Silcharor Maiya. The initial reply of this section ofcourse hints towards a joke. However...jokes apart...
I think there is really something which is bothering Sanjib B. The branded PC prices are well known. He must be enquiring about the assembled ones. Well, a reasonably good one should not cost more than 30,000 [P4, Intel Motherboard, 17" VDU, etc etc].
But the pang may be somewhere else. Let me tell you a story. It is true, but sounds like a story.
I have a research student who joined a Govt. school in a place ****** near Kolkata. The story is told by him.The local MLA sanctioned money for providing the computer facility to that school. Three PC's were purchased, 1,20,000 a piece !!! er pore-o Head Master e student r kachh thakia 40/= per head charge kor ra ;D ;D ;D

Well, these days we're in computer generation. So, isn't so necessary for everyone to purchase a pc in their own house? The main fact is that everyone likes to study in Computer, so for their better upliftment isn't so necessary?

u can get a PC for simple work for even less outside NE but thing is that support will b a prob 4 u ..mail me for details .

Hi Boka,
A simple pan with 120 meetha pata costs Rs 5.50 .
in Kanai Pan Bhandar,Silchar.
you will also get a 2nd Hand Pan/chun for Rs 2.
