Hi !!!
In today's market MCSE is no doubt valuable if U are having the recent Certification, I mean to say that if U R having the Win2K Certification. A little bit tough but surely valuable certification. As far as the Novell certification is Concerned it should also have a great value because these days Novell is also comming in the market with their e-directory services, this is also a good one ( e-directory service). As far as the admins are concerned all the Administrators deserves same vale, He is Novell certified Or Microsoft certified that shouldn't be the criteria. The important thing is that the organization where U get the placement, that will only define UR position & importance as Administrator.
