Broadcasters' Club of India set up

Dear Silcharites,
A Broadcasters' Club of India has been set up in Delhi with Mr Arun Sakat (Deputy Director of Programmes, Doordarshan), heading it. The Club is presently thinking of making documentaries on Bishnupriya Manipuris and Syhlletis in particular.

All interested and budding broadcasters of Silchar can also become members of this Club. You can also become student members if you happen to be studying in Assam University, Silchar.
