Can some one please tell me rule of censoring any topic?
If some one talks of Rice Beer should it be censored.
If some one talks of Dog's Flesh favourite dish of Naga's, should it be censored!
And if talks arised for one registered institution, should it be censored!!!!!
Please get back with complete rule of censoring any topic without any information.

cencorship is not good.because... er. it is not good. people want to speak. so no use censorship. dont think of it. it is no good. let people talk whatever. infact ur motive needs cencorship ;D.
