I don't speak pure bengali sylheti. My language is just sort of mix or ugly because of my past connection to the WBite. A few of my family members speak sylheti, but can adjust the dialect depending on who they are talking to. They love it! But, to me, it's very hard to comprehend. Even the WBites don't understand most of the sylheti vocabulary or slang, or often laugh when the people speak up sylheti in public.

Can we try to narrow down the differences in the Bengali dialect so that we can speak one language whenever possible?
