Bangali rasanar rasik. Bangali khabar niya aaij kail onek boi lekha hor. Kintu budhoy Bangali rasanar upore protham boi lekha hoichilo unobingsha shatabdir madhya dike. Ingraj saheb der khauyanir lagi tokhon je rannar arambhar dekha gechilo taar proman paoya jaay Kochbihar er raj barir rasanar talika thaki. pore abar Thakur Barir rasanar ras Bangali ucchabitta poribarer moddhe choraiya pore.

Ayurved e je choy ros'er bibriti deoya aache, Bangali khabare sei choy ras paoya jaay. Rakamari khabar niya onekei onek chorcha korra. Kintu amra je prottek din khabar khai taaro ekta aashhad paoya dorkar.

Ei khane onekei adda dite aaiya koin "ektu ubao, ami khaiya aai". ei ektu khaoya ta jodi amra jante pari te kintu Sylheti ra nitto din kita khay taar ekta idea paitam pari. Jemon dhoroin aajke moddhanno bhujan ba neishahras kita di korla, jol-khabar kita di khila. Sylheti ra je khadyo rasik taar ekta proman potro amra eikhane toiri kortam parmu. Laau pata diya shutki bora, pani laur aar ilish macher matha, lota aar isa mach diya koru, aro aro koto tokom aache sylheti ranna.

Sylheti ra je khadyo rasik itar proman khali ranna ghorei naai, kobitay, loko-geeti, golpe, nanan bhabe promanito aache. Taar ekta aashhad apnarare diram. Kemon laaglo janaiba. Aar aajke kita diya khailay, itao janai ba.

Maha-probhur mahatsabe peye nimantran,
Bosilen sari sari joto bhakta gaan.

Prathome aaniya dila prosad pate pate,
Shak, shukta, bhaji, dilen tahate.

Buter daile uthiya bole ami sobar raja,
Grita diya paak korile khaite lage moja.

Taha dekhi mung daile khol kholaiya hashe,
Gram shuddo pagal korlo methir sambhase.

Labhray uthiya bole ami sobar sera,
Jabraiya na dile bhokter hoy na seba.

Lobone uthiya bole, amar goon boro bhalo.
Ami sange na thakile sob jaaibe khalo.

Dadhi mamay uthiya bolen amar bhalo goon aache,
Gur bhaginay uthya bole,
Ami sange na thakile mama re ke ba puche.

Charbya, chushya, lejya, peyo, koriya sakol bhakto,
Anande korilen sobai bhujon samapto.

Aar khali khadyo rosikou nay, Sylheti rar rannaro jobab nai ... Bohut ranna khaisi, bohut manushor loge matsi, keu koi Italir khawa bhala, keu koi forashi .. ami koi, amrar mayera aar boinera jelakhan sidolor bora aar ilish macher siddho banai, ilakhan ranna korte gele onyorar arow 10 bar jonmo loite lagbo, aar tarforeo ilakhan quality dite farbo kina sondeho ...  ;D

ekta patrer majhe 5-6 glash jol diya taar majhe kacha pati lebu aar koyekta gondhail lebu diya er moddhe lebu pata koyekta mishao. fresh kurani nairkol ordhek ta mishao. kichu posto batiya (limalish kora lage) er majhe deo. andaz moto lobon aar shad moto chini deo. keu keu abar elachir gura o mishain.

shob kichu re ek loge mishaiya haat diya bhala kori koslao. er pore deshi kachor glasher majhe poribeshon koro.

ahaaaaaaaaa.........khaile aar shorge giya omrit khaite iccha hoito naay. :P

2. koyekta bolka utle pore namailao. beshi shiddho dio na.

3. ebar chamosh diya aste aste kori kakruler bichi bakori  alada patror maze rakho.

4. ebar ou patror maze olpo holud, shad moto lobon, posto bata, olpo kurani nairkol aar olpo shorsho bata loiya siddho kakruler bichir sathe bhala kori mishao.

5. misron tare ebar kakruler chaler maze bhoro. khiyal thake jeno otirikto na bhorar. te kintu kakrul fati jaibo.

6. ebar taoyar maze ektu beshi porimane tel diya, tel gorom hoile pore kakrul tain tore taoyar maze aste aste bhazo. ultai paltai duo dik bhala kori bhajiya namailao.

Delhi te Kakrul pao a khub rare,  paileo chhuto chhuto [ CR park e bikri kore, shukna + dam beshi ar tar loge petrol 2 litre amar laagi,. ;D].

Boro boro Korola pao jai!! UP r preparation kichhu khaisi Oboshya.

Bijli'r Kakrul purer onyo ekta variation dei. Pur tar sathe Piaz ar kacha lonka intead of pusto bata.  Jhal hoite lagbo.Tar por whole thing immersed in haldi+ maida or beson er paste, then,  ektu beshi tele bhaja.

ghoro giya banani lagbo. aage kuno din shunchi na. khub original lager item ta. kathol bichi to dekhsi dukano aase.

Khaite boiya mono hoilo je.... baad deo, modesty prevents me from further elaborating on this topic. Tobe durdharsha, durdanta, jarpornai asadharan ekta jinish toiri hoisil.

kacha aam= 3/4/5 ta (poriman moto)
Chini= Majharai size er ekta aam maney dui chamush chini
Shoindhob Lobon (or black salt) = 1 chamush
Pudina Pata =(andaz moto, muta muti pochis trista 4 ta aamer lagia)
Cumin seeds = 1 chamush

Gas or oven ey aam ta bakol shuddha purao (will peel it later)
Pudina pata gorom joley shiddho koro aar tarporey itarey filter koro. Okhon aam er shash, chini, shoindhob lobon, cumin powder aar pudinar jol eklogey (ichha hoile borof ditay paro) mixit falaia ghurunti deo.

Spoilt brat nay didibhai... ita male psychology. Chhelere baire pathai deo, emon jegat jekhano bhala eateries nai, kintu chaakri korte gele dollar ba pound ba taka pawa jay. Ami ebong aar hokkole (shovon, krishanu et al) ei bhabei ranna shiksi. Koite loijja laage, kintu okhon dekhi je bahu meyerar chaite bhala ranna kori lai. Shei shonge nijer kapor dhowa, bason maaja, ghar porishkar raakha ityadi ityadi.

He does live away from home about 25 miles away.  My son doesn't like fast food, home cooking only.  We gave him a car for his b/day, now he comes home twice aweek eats and takes some food with him.  

You know mothers can complain so much, but when your son says 'I,m coming home mum'.  Its just the instinct to run in the kitchen and start cooking his favourite food, and then after he has eaten, tell him to learn some cooking. But, you know in my house, its my hubby that fusses over the children more.

Same is with sons too. When I used to stay with my mom, I often used to get real upset by the way she used to nag and complain. I used to take a lot of care not to scream back at her, but can't say that I have always succeeded.

But now it has been seven years I am staying away from home. I have to talk to her twice a day, otherwise I start feeling lonely. I also indulge in all the baby talk (the ones we call 'Aahlaiddami')... and at last she also gives me a lot of indulgence on this.

I remember the day I first met the world... I was on my way to the univ... I had to stay in the hostel... and on the way, I realised that my mom is the biggest treasure I have ever had, and this feeling continues to this day.

Somebody had rightly exclaimed, 'Absence makes the heart grow fonder'.

When she is with me, I tend to fight with her and think she is complaining everytime. But the moment she leaves me, I am the most lonely person on earth. :-[ :'(

She knows all my pain when I dont say, she  knows that something bad has happened to me when I have not even told her anything!  wonder how come she knows everything about me, when I never told her!

na re bhai, i learnt cooking when i was in silchar itself. it was bcoz my mummydear had fractured her wrist and the cook that was hired was so terrible that i just revolted. and started cooking from that night. never had a problem in cooking, coz i have the taste buds working well.

on afterthought prob twice i had problems, once while cooking chicken in an inebriated condition and the other while cooking phulkopi-dimer bora, when i cudnt remember, what i was missing. ;D ;D

My birthday is only an  excuse for him , poor guy doesn’t know my birthday. But since he is very strong in mathematics he has deducted that my birth day  was either  in the last 364 days or in the next 364 days,  leap year has  leaped out from his mind !! ??? ???

Any way,  thank  you for your B'day wish . I will wish you on your B'day  only,  You are to wait for only couple of months !
