This June , Turner Classic Movies will show 12 Bollywood movies as a part of their attempt to introduce an American to the magic of Bollywood cinema.
The movies are :
DDLJ
Bombay
Amar Akbar Anthony
Rangeela
Dil Chahta Hai
Sholay
Pakeezah
Junglee
Awaara
Mother India
Do Bigha Zamin
Pyaasa
If you had the chance of selecting the list, which ones would you chose and why?

My biggest complaint with it, is that they are showing Sholay at 2:00 a.m. in the morning in the East Coast on 12th June.The prime time slot of 8:00 p.m. on that day is for Rangeela.... I don't get it.
And a couple of movies that I would have loved to see in that list are Parinda and Deewar.

odd timings..last thursday we saw DDLG and bombay but recorded amar akbar anthony.
